Violin Lessons

Dominika Dancewicz is an acclaimed, highly regarded and experienced violin teacher, residing in Houston, TX. She has been providing high quality, effective and sought-after violin lessons for over 20 years. She is equally at home working with beginners of all ages (including adults) and providing highly selective, precise instruction to college level students.



Ms.Dancewicz's students achieve tangible success, including selection for highly competitive online private instruction by concert violinist Ray Chen. Her most successful high school and middle school students have won repetitive placements in All-state and Region orchestras in Houston-Galveston area.



Ms. Dancewicz is very effective in helping her most gifted students to succeed in college and competition auditions. Several of her most talented students went on to colleges to continue their education as violin performance majors. 



She enjoys working with beginner students and she is known for her excellent rapport with young children and their parents. She has also been very successful in developing and sustaining passion for music and the violin in adult beginners. 



Her method is very engaging and fun, involving not only clear and firm approach to the violin technique but also broad understanding of the music the student is working on, including its history, style and message. ​
